πŸŽˆπŸŽ‰ Announcing: TrueVault Atlas Cloud πŸŽ‰πŸŽˆ

By Justin Gold/ Published on May 1, 2019

Two months after we launched TrueVault Atlas as a self-managed solution, we are thrilled to announce we are launching TrueVault Atlas Cloud today.

What is TrueVault Atlas?

In case you missed our first announcement, TrueVault Atlas gives your team real-time alerts when personal data moves into, or is created, in a system where it doesn’t belong.  Additionally, TrueVault Atlas gives your team the tools to automatically erase, export, or rectify personal data.

TrueVault Atlas is able to do this because it continuously indexes the data in third-party systems like Gmail and Salesforce and internal databases like MySQL and Postgres to catalogue personal data inside an organization.  The new TrueVault Atlas Cloud will not only save your GDPR team hours in manual tasks, but it will also help your DPO, General Counsel and Executive Team sleep better knowing you that you have a real time catalogue of personal data in your organization at any given moment.

Why Cloud?

TrueVault Atlas was first released as a self-managed solution perfect for companies that want full control over how it is deployed. Since the launch, we’ve had hundreds of conversations with companies and the most common question we get asked is β€œwhen is the SaaS version coming?” It is clear to us that business leaders want the benefits of TrueVault Atlas, without adding work to their IT team. So in response to the demand, we expanded our Atlas team and accelerated our SaaS timeline.

Today, we are happy to announce the release of TrueVault Atlas Cloud.

Other Things You’re Probably Wondering

We can’t cover everything in an announcement post, but let us leave you with a few quick hitters:

  • Under GDPR, TrueVault is considered a Data Processor.  We’re happy to sign a DPA and answer any GDPR-related questions.
  • TrueVault Atlas Cloud is built for companies of all sizes with enterprise grade security features and a robust Startup Program to help growing companies focus on growth, not compliance. Schedule a call now to learn more.
