TrueVault offers a 30-day free trial for all account types. You are free to give TrueVault a test drive (including our support) during those 30 days without providing any payment information. Once you are happy with TrueVault, you can choose from one of our three plans to continue.
Yes. TrueVault offers a 14-day free trial for all account types. For customers wishing to execute a Business Associate Agreement, please keep in mind that you must be on a paid account.
Although we hate to see you go, you can cancel your TrueVault account at any time from the Management Console.
You can reset your password by navigating to the Account page in the TrueVault Management Console and clicking "change" in the Password row.
